Job Description
- Receiving requests for localization projects from clients, analyzing the project files, preparing a quotation for the client, and ensuring the availability of necessary information and resources to execute the project
- Defining the work cycle to be followed to provide the client with the required outputs
- Scheduling the project phases, managing risk factors and quality, minimizing costs, and ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Following up the status of the project on both sides: making sure that resources are on schedule, and keeping the client updated with the progress of the project
- Responsible to ensure that all timelines are met
- Assessing the quality of work (QA/QC)
- Handling feedback from clients and monitoring the corrective actions of different departments
- Ensuring correct invoicing for projects
- Maintaining good communication with clients and ensuring client satisfaction
- Maintaining contacts with previous clients
Job Requirements
- Good English command
- Lives in Giza or 6 of October is highly recommended
- The job is not suitable for engineers
