Job Description
- Responsible for all clients communication and conflicts resolutions.
- Review all major deliverables (i.e. strategic brief, technical descriptions).
- Ensure quality standards and client expectations.
- Informing the Account director of any problems that may arise.
- Owns the contracts renewals for new work of an existing client.
- Ensures that all processes and procedures completed.
- Provide communication way between clients and team to provide strong team representation.
- Responsible to interest the buyers to buy the company‘s services.
- Selling green light services and other services provided by Green media.
- Conduct sales meetings with clients and performs presentations and discussions.
- Follow up on clients and gather data about the needs and requirements of the clients.
- Follow up for the collection of payment.
- Provide on the job training to new sales employees.
- Achieve monthly target
- Provide meeting report.
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing and new services.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the same field of Advertising.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to maintain sales target.
- Ability to build and maintain strong beneficial relationships with customers.
