In this position we are looking for a Maestro handling our adminstrative associate.

Job responsibilities:
- Adminstrative office work
- Follow up with clients over phone and email
- Auditing on the Call Center and check out the right information which the agents give to our customers.
- Check out the inbound calls and outbound calls quality and efficiency of the calls.
- Managing all the company social media such as facebook, twitter, linkedin, youtube ..etc. and intercating with client.
- Handling company expenses and petty cash.
- Keeping company records updated and accurate.
- Assisting in the CEO tasks.
- Office management
- Participate in the company online and offline marketing activity
- Answering the telephone and passing on calls.
- Reception duties such as greeting and looking after visitors.
- Typing and setting up documents such as letters and reports.
- Keeping computer records up to date.
- Organizing and schedule meetings and may be outings
- Receive all legal documents or mail ...etc.
- Preparing Check lists , memos and all needed documents that help team to do his job better.
Job Requirements
- This individual should be fluent in reading, writingm and speaking Arabic and English languages.
- Proven written and oral communication skills
- Internet savvy with expertise in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Accountant Experiance or knowldege is a plus
- Past customer service expeiance is plus
- Exceptional attention to detail and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in managing business correspondence
- Ability to organize personal work priorities
- Knowledge of filing and updating records
- General office procedural know how
- Excellent organizational skills
- Demonstrated ability to remain self motivated at all times
- University degree.
- Resident on ornear to Nasr city. is a plus.
