Job Description
- Interviewing candidates and preparing a short list for the Department manager.
- Receiving and maintaining the hiring documents for new hires to be easily retrieved.
- Handling the social insurance and labor office inspection visits, provide inspectors with the documents needed and facilitate their mission.
- Preparing the related official documents for termination or resigned employees.
- Preparing the needed data for payroll preparation such as attendance, absence and other relevant data and submit it to the payroll section on monthly basis.
- Responsible for any other HR duties.
