Job Description
- Person responsible of administrating all personnel related stuff “Payroll, related authorities, credentials & other administrative tasks”.
- Advise on in labor, Social Security and payroll matters, including legal support for labor matters (which can be outsourced)
- Responsible for ensuring that incentives are calculated on monthly basis according to incentives scheme.
- Payroll (Or all related payments) should be followed by needed reports for different parties. Finance, HRD & MD.
- Responsible for issuing operations related legal documents upon request and according to company policy , i.e insurance certificates .
- Follow up & support labor related court cases with the company external lawyer in coordination with HR Director.
- Responsible for all related procedures to the Income Tax & Social insurance, Calculation and Payment) in accordance with company requirements
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
