Job Description
- Passing by the restaurant branches Periodically
- Review and check quality Reports and Discuss it with area managers and Follow up plans implementation with Area Managers
- Interviewing and testing new hires to make sure they have the required techinical skills
- Evaluate the Areas Managers accirding to the set KPIs and according to the evaluation forms submitted by them on scheduled times.
- Visit the New Branches before opening and co-ordinate with the supply chain for equipments.
- Propose Scenarios and solutions to increase sales and upselling
- Follow Up with Purchasing Department
- Set the Sales Plan yearly and discuss it with the Financial department to comply with the required profits margin, and get all figures approved by the Upper management.
- Set Motivational policies with the HR Department to generate a competetive and healthy work environment.
- Approve all custodies along with exceptions for custodies
- Follow up with all the NA purchases
Additional Details :
- Basic salary will be within 12,000 - 15,000 LE + 12%
- After the first 6 months of employment incentives scheme yearly up to 2 months
- Transportation allowance 1000 LE
- Mobile allowance
- 1 day off Per week
Job Requirements
- Experience up to 10 years in restaurants business , 5 years of 10 years at least in operation management ( at least as Area manager at restaurants chain )
- Education University degree, preferable a degree/courses in management and hospitality
- Age : over 35 years
- Language: fluent in English
