- Achieves assigned sales targets.
- Expands OTS clients’ base through targeting and acquiring new clients.
- Supports and develops current major accounts and develop businesses with targeted new accounts.
- Builds a long term relationship with targeted new clients as well as maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients.
- Utilizes direct consultative selling to prospective and current accounts in assigned territory, determining the products and services needed.
- Demonstrates OTS portfolio of services, in excellent manner, to prospective clients.
- Uses different sources actively to generate new potential sales leads.
- Provides reports to the direct manager and update CRM regularly.
- Attends sales meetings regularly.
- Keeps up to date with products/ services development.
- Works with the products managers to customize solutions and services to match targeted client needs.
Job Requirements
- (0 - 2 years) of professional experience in the sales field.
- Fresh graduates from private universities are highly preferable.
- Excellent Communication, selling skills and passion towards sales.
- Task Oriented and persuasive.
