Job Description
Administrative Assistant
Assistance in the administration , human resources and secretarial duties including:
-
secretarial work.

Arrange meetings and coordinate agendas.

Prepare office supplies request.
-
Purchases office supplies.
-
Arrange interviews in coordination with the Technical department.

Set up filing system and maintain records & files [both in hard and soft copies] as per company standards.

Follow up various HR activities:
-
Employee complains
-
employee satisfaction surveys
-
internal/external/orientation trainings
-
Monitor operational status of the work place and report any out of line situations.

Prepare attendance reports & enter/validate vacations on the HR system.
- Follow up the movements of the teams with their direct managers.
Job Requirements
- University degree.
- Very good command of English.
- 2-3 years experience in Customer service & Customer handling techniques
- Excellent computer knowledge & practice (MS office, presentations, database, internet...
- Effective both written & verbal communication skills.
- Preferably who lives in or near 6 October city.
