Job Description

  • A key account manager is a business professional whose primary function is to build customer relationships. Key account managers have broad responsibilities related to customer service, sales, marketing and public relations. They are the "face" of a company and help bring in new business and retain existing clients. The objectives of the key account manager reflect this diversity in the job role.
  • One of the primary objectives of key account managers is to bring new clients into the business. They do this by developing strategies in conjunction with sales and marketing to persuade new customers to purchase the company's products or services. In this way, the key account manager is like a salesperson -- seeking new leads, following up on those leads and trying to bring new clients on board.
  • Key account managers also have a responsibility to look after existing clients. By working with the company's market managers, its sales and marketing teams and its technical support unit, key account managers make sure existing customers have their needs met and regularly renew contracts with the company. This might mean following up every few months to see how things are going or trying to up sell the clients on a new product or service. It's no secret that happy customers return again and again to a business, so the account manger makes sure clients are happy.

Job Requirements

 Educational Background: BSc is Science or Engineering (chemical, IT Background)
- Primavera Knowledge is an advance
 Experience: 0-2 Year Experience (Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply)
 Gender: Males
 Ability to travel abroad
 English Language Proficiency.
 Excellent PC skills with above average knowledge and use of Microsoft Office application programs (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) as well as strong aptitude for Learning and applying new systems and programs.
 Excellent Communication, Organizational and Presentation Skills
