Job Description
- Perform a variety of administrative and/or secretarial support activities to CEO such as composing replies to correspondence on own initiative, interpreting and explaining established policy and procedure in response to inquiries from a variety of sources
- Manage the CEO’s Office Activities, meetings schedules and following up reports.Maintains office efficiency by planning and implementing office systems, layouts, and equipment procurement. Arrange for Hotels and air tickets booking.
- Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files, processing paperwork and answer to routine work.
- Organizing and updating calendar
- Collaborate with various levels of management to gather information pertaining to key issues.
- Prepare, schedule, attend management meetings, and take minutes of meeting.
- Taking meeting minutes.
- Maintain sound & healthy communication and relationship with all staff.
- Provide daily administrative support to ongoing office operations.
- Design filing system.
- Ensure filing systems are maintained and up to date
- Define procedures for record retention
- Ensure protection and security of files and records
- Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and disposal of records.

- Check stock to determine inventory levels
- Anticipate needed supplies
- Maintain the condition of the office and arranging for necessary repairs.
