Job Description
As an iOS Developer, your main responsibility is for the production, modification and maintenance of our unique iOS applications.
You will work closely with UX Managers to implement their user scenarios and wireframes, also you’ll work closely with the UI Designers to integrate designs seamlessly into your complex technology.
As an iOS Developer you’ll also be responsible for:
- Providing accurate timing estimates on work.
- Contributing to documentation (instructional, pitch and technical specification).
- Contributing to the company development standards working closely with the Head of Development or Technical Director.
- Constantly seeking to develop yourself.
Job Requirements
It’s not really about the number of years of experience; this is old fashioned requirement now.It’s more about what your technical capability and demonstrable experience, the types of project size you’ve worked on, your knowledge of iOS in particular, your ability to turn around a project, and also your strengths in advance iOS Custom Development.
Skills and experience necessary for this role:
- Experience using Objective-C.
- Experience with RESTful API integrations is essential.
- Experience with Audio/Video streaming is desirable.
- Adaptable to a fast changing but disciplined Agile development environment.
- Good understanding of Mobile Accessibility.
- Experience working with version control systems such as SVN or Git.
- Experience building mobile apps to at least an AA standard?
- Not allergic to Cats!
