Job Description

  • Draft, type, and file all correspondences in both Arabic, and English.
  • Greeting trainees appropriately via phone, or personally, and provide support answering, or referring inquires.
  • Maintain students attendance sheet, and forward a copy to involved parties.
  • Prepare invoices, reports, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and power point.
  • Provide administrative support, and performs numerous duties including scheduling, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions, and requests.
  • Ensure proper record keeping of paper work, and maintain hard copy and electronic filling system.
  • Monitor, and maintain office supply inventories.
  • Rotational working hours(Morning shift - Night shift).
  • Rotational off days.

Job Requirements

  • BA degree (preferably business administration related degree)
  • 1 year of administrative experience preferred
  • Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures will be an advantage
  • Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Good analytical and problem solving skills
  • Professional ’can do’ attitude
  • Good work ethics and excellent phone manners
  • Using own initiative, being proactive
  • Presentable
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multi-tasks
  • Age shouldn't exceed 27 years old.
