Job Description
- Draft, type, and file all correspondences in both Arabic, and English.
- Greeting trainees appropriately via phone, or personally, and provide support answering, or referring inquires.
- Maintain students attendance sheet, and forward a copy to involved parties.
- Prepare invoices, reports, letters, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, and power point.
- Provide administrative support, and performs numerous duties including scheduling, emailing, handling visitors, routing callers, and answering questions, and requests.
- Ensure proper record keeping of paper work, and maintain hard copy and electronic filling system.
- Monitor, and maintain office supply inventories.
- Rotational working hours(Morning shift - Night shift).
- Rotational off days.
Job Requirements
- BA degree (preferably business administration related degree)
- 1 year of administrative experience preferred
- Knowledge of administrative management practices and procedures will be an advantage
- Computer literate, good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)
- Excellent time management skills
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Professional ’can do’ attitude
- Good work ethics and excellent phone manners
- Using own initiative, being proactive
- Presentable
- Good communication skills
- Ability to multi-tasks
- Age shouldn't exceed 27 years old.
