Job Description
- Person responsible of Maintaining high standards of customer orientation through reception of telephone calls & Branch’s visitors as the Branch first gate.
- Handling customers’ requests, complaints & call backs of the branch.
- Also to support the Branch in administrative and organizational tasks, ensuring the correct transfer of all relevant data and information
