Job Description

  • Providing general support to Human Resources Unit with specific responsibility regarding policies and regulations.
  • Maintaining records, files and databases of personnel, and assisting in ensuring that personnel functions conform to all applicable regulatory requirements set by the management.
  • Administers a wide variety of personnel policies and programs (advertising positions, processing applications, recruitment, orientation, etc.) conforming to internal regulations, procedures and relevant laws.
  • Communicates with employees, departments, Managers, applicants and the public.
  • Conducts employee's orientation, ongoing trainings for the purpose of ensuring employees are knowledgeable of current practices and administrative processes.
  • Handling hiring & employment process (preparing job descriptions processing applications, preparing announcements of vacancies, interim and back-up positions, etc.) for the purpose of meeting the staffing requirements while complying with established guidelines.
  • Maintains manual and electronic documents (on Open ERP), files and records (personnel records, employees' lists, etc.) for the purpose of having and providing all information accurately.
  • Participates in meetings that involve a range of issues (personnel actions, regulatory requirements, inter-department needs, etc.) to develop recommendations and/or supporting staff.
  • Performs records keeping and clerical functions (scheduling, data inputting, transmitting, telephoning, taking messages, responding to written and verbal inquires, etc.) for the purpose of supporting the management needs.
  • Prepares a variety of reports and related documents.
  • Attendance sheet Supervision.
  • Schedules a variety of meetings and employees' events.
  • Serves as a liaison to employees and/or organizations on behalf of the Human Resources Manager for the purpose of conveying and gathering information required to resolve concerns.
  • Should not contact/ assign tasks to any employee in other departments unless contacting his Supervisor.
