Job Description

A muti tasker Admin is required at EPM, having the ability to coordinate effectively and effficiently more than one task at the same time in an organized fashion... Below are some of the key aspects EPM is seeking;

  • Filing and Archiving all Imp company docuemnts 
  • Coordinating with all personals, Sales team, accounting, lawyers, etc.
  • Sending and Receiving faxes, emails, telephone calls
  • Coordinate with Adminstration team of the clients
  • Arranging meetings, organizing Seminars
  • Data collection, data entry and organization (Soft and Hard copies)
  • Prepare reports, memos, purchase orders, deleivery orders, etc.
  • Prepare presenatations, excel sheets, faxes, word files in Arabic and English
  • Monitor in/out mails.
  • Maintain records and files per project and for the company
  • Make designs and photoshops (Business cards, brochures, company profiles, etc)
  • Monitor inventory and stock
  • Booking Plane tickets and Hotel reservations for international partners.

Job Requirements

  • 5-7 years expereince
  • Good English
  • Good Arabic and English Typing Skills
  • Ability to work under stress
  • Good Communication skills
  • Quick Learner
  • Coordinating with people with different backgrounds.
  • Organize and present ideas effectively.
  • Excellent Filling & Archiving Skills.

Computer Skills:

  • MS Windows XP 
  • MS Office 2007 (Word, PowerPoint ,Access and Excel) 
  • Adobe Photoshop CS4 
  • Adobe flash CS4 
  • IT skills 
  • Good searching skills 
  • Good knowledge about internet applications 
  • 3 D max (logo animation) 
  • ICDL Course
