The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, assessing, and troubleshooting software programs and applications; including configuring, analyzing, designing, implementing, unit testing and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle.
This responsibility will extend to contributing in the estimates of the project, the quality and timeliness of the deliverables.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (or similar field)
5+ years of experience in Java/J2EE software design and development
Extensive experience with custom software development: OOAD Methodologies;
OO Design Patterns; Open Source J2EE Tools and Frameworks (Hibernate, Struts,
Spring, AJAX); Web Services, middleware and Web Application Servers and associated products (Portal, Commerce, Workflow, content server)
Solid experience with popular Open Source platforms, frameworks and compone such as Liferay.
Recommends and implements the best alternative design to achieve a high level of efficiency and satisfies the business requirements. (Deliver decision analysis and resolution “DAR”
Excellent communication, presentation, facilitation, and time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
