Job Responsibilities:
- Working with customers to define a strategic ECM Roadmap
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements
- Interviewing and working with customers at senior level
- Defining business & information architectures
- Defining roll out strategies (including change management)
- Discuss long term vision with senior clients in the business
- Conducting business process and ways-of-working analysis
- Gather and document user requirements and specifications.
- Mapping processes, data modelsSetting up training plan (mostly train the trainer) for end-users

- Salary Package: Minimum 800 Omani Rials to the Maximum of 1400 Omani Rials (all inclusive). Salary will be fixed depending upon the skills, experience and position
- a. For the successful candidates, Employer will provide
- i. Air Ticket
- ii. Medical and Gratuity as per the law and
- iii. 30 days leave annually
- b. It will be a Single Agreement for the staff
- c. Employer will organize only for the family’s visa but the staff should take the responsibility of his family’s air ticket, accommodation and medical expenses
Job Requirements
- Good understanding of ECM concepts
- Good knowledge of functionalities of different ECM products like
- Document Management
- Workflow Management
- Records Management
- Archiving
- Web Content management and Enterprise Search
- A university degree or equivalent and a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience
- Should like working in small teams, but are able to work on your own
- creative and able to come up with pragmatic ECM solutions for specific customer needs
- Strong oral and written communication skills, preferably in English, Arabic and would be having a direct customer contact.
