- Collect and input the information of the customer fault mobile phone into the system, introduce the function of the mobile phone.
Main duties:
- The reception of the customer and the fault machine information input.
- The return of the customer fault machine.
- Keep the reception hall in order and guide the customer for their need.
- Responsible for the product display explanation.
- Handle customer problems.
- Non-warranty machine charges.
