Job description:

  • Collect and input the information of the customer fault mobile phone into the system, introduce the function of the mobile phone.

Main duties:

  • The reception of the customer and the fault machine information input.
  • The return of the customer fault machine.
  • Keep the reception hall in order and guide the customer for their need.
  • Responsible for the product display explanation.
  • Handle customer problems.
  • Non-warranty machine charges.

Working relationship:

  • Internal: All staff.
  • External: Coordinated by the customer care team leader.

Work authorization:

  • Subject to the customer care team leader.
  • Improve customer reception quality
  • Ensure that the customer information is accurate and true, ensure that non-warranty machine costs without mistake.
  • Feedback to the Customer care team leader about the abnormal cases.
