We urgently need Account Managers to grow relationships with current and new clients. You'll manage accounts of Egypt's best employers of all sizes.
You need to be web-savvy as you'll be selling online services. This is a role focused on client relationship building, retention and satisfaction. You'll manage a book of business and be responsible for its growth and results.

We offer competitve compensation of a base salary + commission. Base salary is decided based on your experience and commission is based on your performance and sky's the limit.

Responsibilities:
- Service and support existing and new clients
- Advise clients on new services and close deals
- Be an expert on our products and services
- Increase revenue and retention rate for your accounts
- Prepare reporting and account documentation
- Work directly with client decision-makers
- Most support / sales is done in office (email / phones) but large accounts may require on-site visits.
- Open new leads and get new clients.

- Achieve expected new sales and customer retention targets.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction rates.

Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- Strong client service skills. (Love to help mentality)
- Fluent English.
- Exceptional communication skills (face-to-face, email, chat, and on the phone)
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is a plus
- Previous experience with internet services is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
