Job Description
Assist in the administration in the technical department by providing a variety of office management and secretarial duties including:
- Supervise secretarial work in the customer service department.
- Collect data required for various reports and records (Average visits number, installation records, and monthly report).
- Provides all presentations needed for the department.
- Set up filing system and maintain records & files [both in hard and soft copies] as per company standards.
- Arrange meetings and coordinate agendas.
- Supervise work of the janitors (Office Boys).
- Monitor operational status of the work place and report any out of line situations.
- Distributing incoming mail and dispatch the outgoing mail.
- Follow up the movements of the teams with their direct managers.
- Prepare office supplies request.
- Arrange interviews in the Technical department in coordination with the HR department.
- Prepare attendance reports & enter/validate vacations on the HR system for the technical department.
- Follow up various HR activities: Employee complains, Health Insurance requests, employee satisfaction surveys, internal/external/orientation trainings & resignations with the HR department
Job Requirements
- University degree – business administration.
- Very good command of English.
- 2-3 years experience in Customer service & Customer handling techniques
- Excellent computer knowledge & practice (MS office, presentations, data base, internet...
- Effective both written & verbal communication skills.
