Job Description
- Recommend different methods of paying various invoices either through cash payments or through checks.
- Review and approve banks’ expenses and ensure they are aligned and complying with contracts’ financial terms and conditions.
- Responsible for supervising all daily accounting operations related to suppliers’ accounts. Ensure that all tax requirements are being satisfied in all Company’s invoices.
- Handling all bank accounts, preparing bank’s transactions and overseeing the Company’s general ledger.
- Preparing the monthly closing, Profit & Loss analysis, budget and the annual closing and generate any required reports to the Top Management.
- Monitoring all A/R & A/P daily transactions.
- Supervising the finance department staff and monitor their performance on daily basis.
Job Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in Commerce. (Accounting Section)
- Experience: from 4 to 8 years of experience in the field of FMCG (Dairy) .
- Languages: Very Good English.
- Computer Skills: Excellent Knowledge of Ms. Office and ERP System.
