HR Role:
- Handling Recruitment process ( screening, filtering and conducting interviews)
- Checking Employee's Attendance and files
- Managing Company's Filing system
- Following up on Employee's Appraisal Dates and Performance in Alignment with the direct manager
- Arranging outings for the Employees
- Checking beneficial Training for the Staff
Admin Role:
- Sending Emails on behalf of the Manager
- Contact with different departments
- Scanning and Printing papers
Internship Requirements
- Communication skills.
- Presentation skills.
- English Language.
- Having HR Diploma or studies is highly preferable.
- Females are highly preferable.
- Fresh Graduates or 0 to 6 months experience only can apply
