Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team in Zayed, Egypt. The ideal candidate will be responsible for personnel management, payroll administration, recruitment, and other HR functions. With 3-4 years of experience, you'll play a vital role in shaping our workforce and ensuring a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of personnel administration, including employee records, contracts, and benefits enrollment.
Oversee payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely disbursement of salaries and benefits.
Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, from job posting to onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company objectives and legal requirements.
Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, including performance management and conflict resolution.
Collaborate with department heads to identify staffing needs and develop talent acquisition strategies.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in personnel management, payroll, and recruitment.
Strong understanding of Egyptian labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.

Location Preference:

Candidates residing in 6th October City, Zayed, or nearby locations are preferred.
